After her father Nestoras passed away, who was in charge of a tour theatre, Aliki goes to Athens with her dog Blacky. The parentless girl, who imitates Charlie Chaplin successfully, stays at Amalia’s house, a niece of a former Aliki’s colleague in the theatre, with her five kids and one in her belly, and with Amalia’s husband, Panagos, a con man who comes and goes to prison. To help Amalia pay the bills she tries to find a job, but in vain. So, she is forced to give performances in the streets, playing Charlie Chaplin the Dictator. In the meantime, she meets Petros, a blind Law student who gives a new meaning to her life. Petros is abandoned by his girlfriend Maria, and along with the death of Blacky in a car accident, brings the two of them closer and a wonderful relation is born between them...
