Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and "ADD TO CART" any items that you wish to buy which will put them into your shopping basket. To edit your shopping cart, simply click on "My Basket". After you have finished your selection(s), click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You may ship to an address (gift etc.) other than your billing address by simply choosing to do so during the checkout process. If sending as a gift, please enter a personal note in the gift option box upon checkout - Invoice with prices will not be included.

All prices quoted are in US Dollars. If you are shopping from outside the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept credit/debit card & gift card payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Kindly contact us @ 1-727-937-4777 to place an order using a gift card.

Our system saves your information securely until your order is ready to ship. At that time the credit/debit card used at time of purchase is processed. Please contact us to arrange another form of payment.

We primarily ship USPS & UPS. Every package (order) we send has a tracking/delivery confirmation number (included in shipping confirmation e-mail). This is our proof of delivery. If your package (order) is lost, and the carrier cannot confirm delivery we will send you a replacement order at no cost to you. If the carrier confirms delivery, and you did not receive your package (order), you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking/delivery confirmation number we provide to you.

Please contact us for any special shipping requests. Shipping charges to your destination (country) will be quoted before finalizing your order.

In certain circumstances orders may be subject to extra charges in shipping - We will contact you via e-mail if applicable to your order.

Upon processing order you are also accepting the fact that your country (destination) may charge you additional customs or duties charges.

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally (statues, ceramics). We will contact you via e-mail if applicable to your order.

Delivery Schedule

USA Standard Shipping orders are normally received in 3 - 6 days.
USA Express Shipping orders are normally received in 1 - 2 days.

You will be notified via e-mail and/or phone if we foresee a delay in your order.

Canada shipping orders are generally received in 6 - 10 business days but due to COVID19 there has been an increase in International Shipping times.

Back Orders

Upon placing your order if an item is not in stock we will contact you. If requested, your item will be back-ordered for you and shipped at a later date with no extra shipping charges.

Tax Charges

For orders placed from within the United States, sales tax will only be applied to all in state (Florida) orders. Our business is operated from Tarpon Springs, Florida. All orders shipped out of state (Florida) and Internationally are shipped tax free.

Returns Policy

Please contact us regarding returns @ 1-727-937-4777 or via e-mail. In order for returns to be accepted, item(s) must be in original condition including tags (if applicable). Multimedia (DVD, CD) will only be replaced, if defective, with the same item. We will not accept any returns after 10 days from the delivery of products.

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. We will gladly exchange apparel including Greek Fisherman Hats and our Greek Leather Sandals for different sizes free of charge. Please discuss your exchange with a member of our customer service department before mailing anything.
